Bahrain will suspend prayers and religious events at mosques for two weeks as of Feb. 11, state news agency BNA reported.

The Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments said the suspension follows the recommendations of the National Medical Taskforce for Combating COVID-19 to protect elderly people as infections continually increase.
