The Rock Brutally Hazed With Faeces Ambush

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was the victim of a hazing prank that went to far, it’s been revealed 25 years later.

According to WWE legend Mark Henry, jealous co-stars tried to put Johnson back in his place as he exploded almost overnight to become one of the biggest stars in wrestling entertainment.

Henry revealed on Busted Open Radio recently he witnessed one hazing prank from fellow stars of the WWE locker room where the food box inside Johnson’s dressing room was covered in poo.

The 49-year-old, who is now a backstage producer on WWE productions, said the hazing prank was a welcome message intended to be left for Johnson went he went to his room for something to eat behind the scenes.

“I was so stressed a lot of times when I went in the locker room because I didn’t know what was going to happen,” he said of the animosity from WWE co-stars early in his career.

“Me and The Rock, we always had our locker right next to each other. I came in and saw people laughing and giggling and running away from where our lockers were. Dwayne would pack chicken breasts and broccoli and stuff to get in the car because he was a body guy.

“I saw his box was open. I grabbed the box and was going to close it and I looked in it and there was s*** in it. Somebody s*** in his food box, so of course, I have to dispose of this and tell him, ‘Hey man, don’t leave your food in here’.”

He said it was a very different environment to endure when he made his debut in the early nineties.

“They were envious of us new guys coming in,” he said.

“We have developmental contracts or a full contract in my case. They hated us. They thought we were taking their jobs. That was the mentality, not making the business better because we didn’t grind like they did. We didn’t go through the ringer. We didn’t get brought into the business hard like they did.”

He said some of the fights that happened back stage remain secrets to this day.

His comments came in response to a claim from WWE legend The undertaker, Mark Calaway, which labelled the current-day WWE a “soft” product.

Meanwhile, WWE Hall of Fame legend Bret Hart previously backed up the stories of Johnson being hazed behind the scenes because of his success.

“A lot of the same guys who had a problem with Rock were the same guys that were all involved in the Screwjob with me,” Hart said.

“So I had the same dislike for the same petty bulls*** that these guys were all about.”
