The Nigerian Meteorological Agency released its 2021 Seasonal Climate Prediction on Tuesday and stated that Oyo state and four other states would witness shorter agricultural growing season this year.
It named the four states as Lagos, Kwara, Osun and the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, as it noted that the length of growing season in 2021 over Sokoto, Yobe, Nasarawa, parts of Ondo, Edo, Imo, Cross River and Abia would be longer by five to 13 days.
