Osun ANAN Chair, Terrigbade Rafiu Congratulates OSCOTECH Unit Over AGM, Reels Out State Chapter New Year Program

The Association of National Accountants of Nigeria, ANAN, Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke unit has been congratulated for the success of its 2020 end of the year annual general meeting.

Chairman of ANAN, Osun chapter, Mr Terigbade Rafiu in his congratulatory address expressed delight at the AGM and conferment of Award of excellence of OSCOTECH unit of the Association saying despite challenges confronted by the country their meeting still hold.

Mr Rafiu said “Indeed, this is the first time where one of the units in Osun State Chapter holds its annual General Meeting. A similar event was held last year tagged ANAN week, Oscotech where several events were organized.

“This is an historic event and I am happy to identify with you because I am one of you and I am proud that you produced me as ANAN Chairman of the Osun State Chapter.

“Today, we are celebrating our pioneer chairman and award of excellent will be presented to him for his hard work and impactful teaching career.
Mr Lawrence Aromolaran, as you are retiring, we pray you will not tire and grace of God shall follow you” he said.

The Osun ANAN chairman also lauded the OSCOTECH unit executives for their efforts put together to organize the program saying despite series of challenges of this year, issue of Coronavirus and Endsars which affected the entire nation financially and economically.

“It is my prayer that year 2021 shall be the year of recuperation and we shall all prosper” he said.

Unveiling program lined up for ANAN, Osun Chapter 2021 New Year, Mr Rafiu said ;

(i) To organize in house training and retraining of members.

(ii) Visit to the units so as to make every member actively participated and get feedback from member.

(iii) To make sure members are properly placed in their work places.

(iv) To partner with Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges around us.

(v) To complete our State Secretarial.

(vi) To encourage PROWAN participation.

(vii) To award outstanding members.

(viii) To employ a parallel change over of ANAN
platform from Whatsap to Telegram.

(ix) To visit motherless home.

(x) To create room for past Chairmen and Elders.

He also felicitated with christian members of the association as they celebrate Christmas and wished all a prosperous new year.
