Cement Price Drops – Check Out The Current Price

Nigeria is having encountering a great difficulty in terms of building material. The price at which the material are sold as of last two years and the current price now, is not encouraging.

In this article, we are specifically talking about the high price of cement. Cement as we all know, I the necessary and the not essential material used weekend it comes o buildings.

Cement serves as a bonding tool used in making mortar, concrete work and block molding. Cement comes in different forms and types. Here, we are talking about the Portland cement.

The price of cement increased in our country due to some necessary protocol, during the tenor of President Good Luck Jonathan, I remembered vividly that cement was sold at the rate of #1200 before it gradually increased to #1450.

There after, the current Nigerian president Mohamad Buhari created a sharp increment on the high price of cement due to damages caused by him in building material sectors.

Meanwhile, the cement increased to #2450 and itaimtained that steady price for couple of Months before it rises to #5200 on Cover due to the protest that is still affecting some part of this easterners in the country.

More so, the price has gradually reduced to #3000 for big markets. And the road side retailers sell at #3200. I wondered if the price is still going to be Normalized to its normal price again.
