Nigerian President, Buhari Finally Appear In Face Mask For The First Time



President Muhammadu Buhari During His Arrival At Mali Airport

President Muhammadu Buhari has appeared in face mask for the first times since Nigeria Centre for Disease Contril (NCDC) made it mandatory for all Nigerians as measure to prevent themselves from contracting covid-19.

Buhari was spotted wearing face mask with West African leaders,during his arrival in Bamako, capital of Mali on Thursday.

The president’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, had announced on Wednesday that Buhari would join his counterparts from the West African regional bloc on a 1-day peace mission to find a solution to the worsening political crisis in the Francophone country.

Several Nigerians had criticised Buhari of flouting NCDC guideline over his refusal to wear face mask since the outbreak of COVID-19 in Nigeria.
