Breaking: Osun Police Brutalize Journalist, Threaten To Plant Pistol In His Car

Nigeria policemen in Okini area of Osun state have brutalized the chairman of Osun Online Media Practitioners Association (OOMPA) Jare Tiamiyu.

Tiamiyu, who was on his way to his office on Monday in his private car was stopped by the policemen who were in mufti along Okini-Osogbo way, asked to identify himself but the policemen accused him of being arrogant in his response .

The journalist told our correspondent that he was slapped by one of the officers who he said threatened to implicate him by planting pistol in his car.

“I will deal with you today, go and ask your senior Journalists. I have dealt with them” the officer boasted.

Phone, laptop was seized from the Journalist, he was arrested, rough handled and dragged into a mini bus.
