The show of disagreement on the procedure of employing 774,000 citizens across Nigeria that transpired between the Minister of State, Labour and Productivity, Festus Keyamo and National Assembly join committee on Labour is nothing to say but display of chronic Failure.

The issue shows how desperate the ruling elites class play politics with social security.

It is surprising seeing NASS and Ministry of Labour and Productivity engaging in a tussle of supremacy whereas the Poor, working masses continue to battle with economic hardship imposed on them as result of ant-peoples’ policies of capitalist, neo-liberal administration of President Buhuari.

It is important to say that, this program would have serves as safety net for the people render incapacitated financially by the COVID-19.

But the demonstration by the Minister of State for Labour and Productivity has shown clearly that unemployment debacle is not going to be solved with this kind tactics.

The government that failed in delivery palliative measure for the people can never be trusted with a policy that could ameliorate the suffering of his people.

No doubt that the problem would political. The poor masses would not benefit in it,it is a program planning for future elections.

I condemn outrightly the formation of committee all over the federation anf recommend that such committee should comprise of Workers Union-NLC, TUC and ULC,Market Women ass., Student/youth,ASUU to make it non-political in all it’s activities.
