AbdulRazaq Completes Renovation Of Patigi Secondary School Ahead Of Her 50th Anniversary

Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq led Kwara state Government has completed the comprehensive renovation of Patigi Secondary School ahead of its 50th year anniversary.

Patigi Secondary School is a model school that was established through community effort five decades ago to provide quality and affordable education to the community. The school has since then been abandoned without maintenance or rehabilitation. 

Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq after assuming office a year ago embarked on massive construction and rehabilitation of critical infrastructure including education, health, energy and the transport sectors so as to bridge the wide infrastructural gap especially in rural parts of Kwara.

The Governor has reiterated his commitment to commit huge funds into the educational sector that has been bastardized. This is aimed at reducing the number of out of school children and enhancing enrolment in schools across the state.

The Patigi Secondary School project will provide students with an enabling environment conducive for teaching and learning while ensuring that an all encompassing education for all initiative is achieved.
