Time Shall Come When White Man’s Country Will Not Be A Safe Heaven For African leaders

The outbreak of covid-19 pandemic that has crippled economy of the world and forced human being to strive for saving their lives which was allegedly created by China having Wuhan as the epicenter of the deadly virus that has claimed more than two million lives across the continents.

Africa remains the only continent with lesser cases of covid-19 which according to said the black race as at Tuesday, 21,April, 2020 had only recorded 23,514 cases, while 6,116 have recovered and 1,161 have died due to the pandemic which all together the cases is lower to American death cases.

African hero and Ex-President of South Africa, Nelson Mandela during his life time, said there will be a time things will change for the African leaders.

In his statement ” Time shall come when the white man’s country will no longer be safe for African leaders to travel to, they will be forced to stay and make a positive change for Africans”.

Should we say the spread of covid-19 to Africa is a blessing to the continent of the black race that has long been crying for good governance, demanding dividend of democracy through social amenity, security of life and prosperity from her leaders who enjoy traveling abroad for their own comfort.

Many Africans have the belief that if any of the developed countries in the world is currently safe and allows travelers to troop in African leaders would have all jet out to prevent themselves and family from the deadly virus.

Alas! No country in the world is safe, even the Holy lands, like Saudi Arabia and Israel have closed their borders and tighten surveillance in avoiding covid-19 from entering their society.

Countries like Germany and American have both forced their citizens to sit back at home in an effort to contain the spread of covid-19 as they have also became one of the countries in the world confronting the killer virus challenge.

To show the level of commitment and responsibility their government is running, America govt transferred sufficient money into bank account of her citizens while Germany is providing food regularly for her citizens without stress.

Nigeria as one of the giant with the biggest economy in Africa is struggling to cater for her citizens which is now raising a serious alarm that in the course of the lockdown, breach of order may begin to escalate across the country because of hunger.

On Saturday, the Chief of Staff to the President of Nigeria, Abba Kyari was reportedly dead after he contracted coronavirus during his service to the nation.

The Federal Capital Tertiary was not sufficiently equipped with medical facilities to save the life of Abba Kyari, who was said moved to Lagos to get medical attention.

He would have been flown out of Nigeria if the white man’s countries are accessible at this trying period like how former President Umar Muss Yaradua died in foreign land in the course of seeking for medical attention for his illness.

Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of UK was also reported to have contracted covid-19 while serving his people, he never travelled out of his country until he got treated and recovered from the pandemic in an hospital own by UK government.

This period of covid-19 seems to be the period late Nelson Mandela prophesied that African leaders will be forced to stay in their respective fatherland and make a positive change for their continent.
